Data collected: identity and contact details, order and mail-handling records, payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers). Purpose: providing the address, mail and forwarding services, legal compliance (postal and AML rules), invoicing. Mail content is scanned only on your instruction, transferred encrypted, and never used for any other purpose. Retention: contractual data for 10 years (Swiss commercial law); scans until you delete them or the account closes.
