How fast is my address active?
Within 24 hours of completed identity verification — usually the same business day.
What do I need to sign up?
A valid passport or ID card and a payment method. Companies add their register extract or equivalent.
Is identity verification mandatory?
Yes — Swiss postal law (and anti-money-laundering rules for domiciliation) require us to know our customers. It’s a one-time online step.
Mail & parcels
Do you receive registered mail?
Yes, we sign for registered letters and log them with their barcode; you’re notified immediately.
Can several people use one address?
Each named recipient needs to be on the account. Families and companies can add recipients for a small monthly fee.
What happens to junk mail?
We filter obvious advertising for free unless you ask us to keep everything.
Billing & cancellation
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and TWINT via Stripe. The subscription renews monthly; you receive a Swiss QR invoice option on request.
How do I cancel?
One e-mail, effective at the end of the paid month. We forward or return remaining mail per your instruction.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Plan price + postage at carrier cost. Every extra (storage extension, express handling) has a published flat price.
